Great Weekend

I vowed to sew & I did. Here's 9 string quilt blocks I completed this weekend & a Chinese coin runner. I still need to bind the runner, but we won't sweat the small stuff.

Took a drive to Overton Bottoms & looked at the wildlife refuge after the flood on Saturday.

The water was covering these boulders at one point. There was dried silt on the tops of them

This portion of the road had just recently receded.

Stopped along the road to see the Clydesdales.

Ron thinks this would be a wonderful addition to our front yard.

I don't quite think it's appropriate for a childcare setting though.
