On this Tasty Thursday , I'm critiquing a new kind of taco shell. Flat bottom taco shells.

Twelve in the box is pretty generous as they completely filled my baking stone. Even a normal box of shells doesn't quite do that. They're gluten free and are a hearty shell. No soaking up the salsa to make them mushy.
And they are very easy to eat. They didn't break up like a taco shell.
But beware, you'll need extra napkins when the juices start running down your wrist.
