Dexter - age 3: "My shoes make me run fast" (Me) I can't run, I have bad knees. (Dexter) "Why do you have bad knees?" (Me) God just made me that way. (Dexter) "Well....he didn't mean to." ****do I hear an awwwww? My heart melted.
Dexter - age 2: "Dinosaurs have to open their mouths very wide and they have lots of teeth" (Me) What do they eat with those teeth? (Dexter) CEREAL!!
Brodie - age 3: "My mom said the roads are ridiculous!!"
Michael - age 5 :"I'm gettin' on my horse and I'm gonna ride to Texas! (Me)'You don't even know where Texas is' (Michael)"But my horse knows!"
Miley - age 4: (Miley's mom) "Spell mom", (Miley) "M-O-M"
(Miley's mom) "Spell dad" (Miley) "T-N-T"
Coy - age 4 "Steph! I growed when I slept!" (after waking from nap)
Brynn- age 2: She walked around free play time holding a giraffe and sang " Dinosaur, dinosaur,
Din-O-Saur!!"
Adam - age 3: "Steph! do you know where bigfoot lives? He lives in the woods and he says 'whoo-whoo!'"
Brynn - age 2: While washing hands I say "bye, bye bubbles!" She says "Bye, bye wash your hands!"
Gavin - age 5: "That's 21 dollars!! Your mom don't have enough money for THAT!" (while looking at a toy magazine)
Lou - age 2: When arriving "I'm home!"
Miley - age 4: I told her babies like it when you 'bibble,babble'(running fingers up and down over lips making that sound), She says,"But my sister lost her "bibble, babble!"
While discussing the ocean......
Miley- age 4: I got bit by a shark and it was THIS big!!
Gavin - age 5: My dad killed a shark and; threw away the bones!!
Coy- age 4: "Stephanie, what's cowboy beans make you have?
(me) It makes your hair grow.
(Coy) "It makes a mohawk!!!" holding up his hair at lunch with baked beans on his fingers : )
Adam - age 3: "Bad guys do drugs and they can't come to your house for donuts and coffee!!"
After reading "Morris's Disappearing Bag" I asked them what would you put in a disappering bag?
Coy: Prolly my lunch
Miley- Your sister
Gavin- All my toys and I'd play with them in there
Adam- A big digger
Brynn age 2: saying prayer at meal time (we usually say "Thank you for our food, Amen"
She says, "Food, food, food, food. AMEN!"

Avery age 3: While wearing his "Chick Magnet" shirt says, "Ya like my chick maggot shirt?"
Gavin age 5: Pretending to cast a magic spell..."Al-a-ka-bama!"
Brodie and the other little boys here seem to want to pronounce cowboy like: Cow Bo-eee
(Is this because we're South of the Missouri River??? Just wonderin')
Miley age 4: After her daddy's yearly turkey hunting proclaimed that,"The turkey turns into French fries, I think"
Adam age 3: While fixing lunch, Adam tells me... "Stephie, is lunch ready? My hands are hungry"
After Coy age 4 repeatedly tells me that "Lou is following me!!" I get to tell him "So stop running from her." :)
Brodie age 3: "What're we havin' for lunch Stephie?"
"Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwiches" (me)
"Hammer Cheese! I LOVE Hammer Cheese! Hey everybody! We're havin' Hammer Cheese!"
Coy age 4: "When you brush your teeth, it makes them square!"
Adam: age 4: "I can hear Bigfoot all the way from North Carolina in my bedroom!" (we live in Missouri lol )
As we gathered for breakfast, my eldest daughter walks thru and I mention that Rachel doesn't feel too good. She has a cold.
Ben: age 3 says "Who has hot?"
My husband tells Ben his britches are on fire. His response: "My britches are On!"
